REFUND POLICY

This policy applies to all products purchased directly from Gymaths via our online store. Our goal is to ensure that every athlete is equipped with gear that meets their standards. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we have outlined our comprehensive return and refund procedures below.

1. 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

We offer a 30-day return period. This window begins from the date the carrier marks the package as "Delivered." If 30 days have elapsed since delivery, we are unable to process a refund or exchange. To ensure a smooth process, we recommend trying on your gear immediately upon arrival (while maintaining hygiene standards) to confirm fit and performance.

2. CONDITION REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNS

To maintain the integrity of our performance gear and ensure the safety of our community, all returns must meet the following "New Condition" criteria:

  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original Gymaths packaging with all internal protective layers.
  • Tags Intact: All hangtags and brand labels must remain attached. Items with removed or re-attached tags will be rejected.
  • Unworn & Unwashed: Items must not show signs of wear, sweat, makeup stains, deodorant marks, or any distinct odors (perfume, smoke, or detergent).
  • Free of Debris: Items must be free of pet hair, lint, or floor dust.

3. EXEMPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to health, hygiene, and the nature of certain products, the following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Intimates, including sports bras (if protective seals are removed) and base-layer underwear.
  • Personal accessories such as water bottles, towels, and headbands once the packaging is opened.
  • Final Sale Items: Products marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during "Clearance" events.
  • Gift cards and digital vouchers.

4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

We take pride in our quality control, but if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. To expedite your claim, please email our support team with:

  1. Your Order Number (#GY-XXXX).
  2. Clear photos of the defect or the damaged area.
  3. A photo of the shipping label and packaging.

Once verified, we will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost to you.

5. RETURN SHIPPING & RESTOCKING

Except in cases of manufacturing defects, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. For international returns, please be aware that customs duties and taxes are non-refundable through Gymaths. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

6. PROCESSING TIME & INSPECTION

Upon receiving your return at our fulfillment center, please allow 5–7 business days for our team to conduct a quality inspection. You will receive an automated email notification once the inspection is complete.

If the item fails inspection (e.g., it is stained or hair-covered), it will be sent back to the customer at their expense, and no refund will be issued.

7. REFUND METHOD

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method used during checkout. Please note that banks and credit card providers typically require 7–10 business days to reflect the balance in your account. Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

8. EXCHANGES

To ensure you receive your new gear as quickly as possible, we do not offer traditional "even exchanges." If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website simultaneously.

9. CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order. Once the order has moved to the "Processing" or "Shipped" stage, it can no longer be canceled and must be treated as a standard return.

10. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes relating to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
